About Relaxabit

The development of this app was initiated approximately one year ago when real Lava Lamps experienced a resurgence in popularity in my region. Beyond their visual appeal, these items are known to have a soothing effect on the mind. My aim was to craft an aesthetically pleasing app that could capture this calming influence. What began as a seemingly simple concept quickly evolved into a multifaceted endeavor. It entailed integrating a physical simulation of liquid and temperature in 3D, mesh generation processes, and real-time or near-instant rendering.

Usage

• Utilize the Play button to initiate or halt the simulation.
• Interact with the display by tapping to rotate, move, and zoom the scene.
• There is a distinct "empty" lamp option that showcases the lava simulation solely.
• Use the Randomize button to vary lamp, lava, and light parameters randomly.
• Fine-tune settings through the sections located at the bottom.
• Reset simulation and render settings to their defaults using the Reset button.

Pro Mode

I have extensively optimized the app; however, its demanding computational nature may not be well-suited to all supported devices. Hence, I encourage users to fully test the app before making a purchase. The trial version is free, devoid of advertisements, and poses no risk to your device. For those looking for an enhanced experience and full access to all features, the option to upgrade to Pro Mode is available in the App Store.
